Plain Talk

Pausing for a moment,

surrendering to feelings of senses, like our body's temperature, or our multiple sensations of skin touching what(?), breath in deep, pause, sigh and breathe out long and sensuously,

you have arrived




Feeling the weight of gravity and the fullness of our body,

sigh again, long and sweet exhaling, longer than usual,

remembering

the miracle of Life we each are,

smile,

Sigh again, just as long and sensuously inhaling,

not loud,

embracing the immediacy of the Moment,


witnessing the wonder of be-ing alive


do it again, making it part of your practice, sigh, finding awe in expanding awareness

while

softening and nurturing perspective...


Do you want to know whom you are? Of course you do, look where you are, haha!


"projections" and the tools brought to respond to what's arriving or reactions if one doesn't and is un-prepared


Whatever you are thinking

it's already gone, past tense.


Viewing this very "finite moment in time" how have you arrived, what is your perspective, this event that occurs in a moment, one second of time, and defines everything, what you see, how you interact with this endless procession of time


until it's not, and you are just a memory,

remembering what have you done?

practicing, even for just one moment in your day is better than none!


Energy follows Attention and


it will lead to more


When was the last time you said thank you to your heart? or, your lungs? or, your head, or to the billion years of evolution that has come before us so that we can stand shouldedrto shoulder ?


perspective,


the gift we share, dear cousins, is beyond understanding, at least mine, probably yours, too


lots to consider, lots to be grateful for


perspective is a great tool which we are developing
